I very much am enjoying this game.
Like the day I downloaded it I was having a friend over, and we were messing with it and found the Multiplayer feature .
I was thinking when would I use this. But it was nice I had someone there with me xD
We started playing it together and it was actually really entertaining. Especially the Dessert Delivering one.

My brother and cousin are taking over my Wii U with this game.

@conman2012
I'm not sure of the distance measurements, as I don't have the meter yet(I'm getting it this week). As for your other questions, they expect you to do a lot of one exercise vs. using weights in a shorter period of time. You can use weights, but you'll have to subtract how much weight you're using from how much it weighs you at(obviously), and that's only if you care about the weight tracking. There are ab workouts and yoga.

If you don't want an HDD, you can always opt for a disc.

This game is the best thing I've played on the Wii U, mainly because my girlfriend really got into this. This is the last time I pre judge a game.

Could Nintendo Life get an official Wii Fit U Community Code?

Or how about a review? I presume one is coming but its sounding like most people are finding this more entertaining than they expected.

I read somewhere its only imperial and not metric - so, can you get distances in Km's and weights in KG's?

I don't have the game but I've read on a different forum that the units of measure are hard-wired based on your region. US is hard-wired to Imperial. Canada is hard-wired to metric (which not all Canadian users are happy about). Don't know about the UK. Presumably the rest of Europe would be metric (but I don't really know).

Of course, the units should be user-selectable. But they apparently aren't.

UPDATE:

For body weight, the following units are used:

United States: pound
Canada: kilogram
UK: stone
Elsewhere: presumably kilogram

I'm pretty frusturated on the Metric system for weight, and height. We tend to use imperial for weight and height and only use metric for distances mostly.

That sounds like a future update to me. It shouldn't be that hard tp just add an option in the menu, with your region's main measurements as the default.

In the older wii fit I would use the balance games as my cool down games, but now these balance games really work you out.
I like them a lot .

I haven't tried any of the dances ones yet though. I'll try them tomorrow maybe.

So, do you do all the dancing on the balance board? What about jogging in place? Can the balance board really take this much stress over a period of years?

You step on and off the board and it can tell where you're stepping off/on by measuring the tilt of the board. It's pretty accurate.

In order to do the walking and running games, you have to walk in place. It requires you not to be to rough on the balance board, but it does work as long as you're not stomping on it.

Awesome thanks for the info, I didn't realise this had multi-player, going to give it a spin with the GF on the weekend .

Has anyone had luck finding fit meters in the US? It seems like no stores are stocking them and most sites online are out of stock or jacking up the price. Seems my best option is "delivery to store" at Best Buy, but I'm wondering if others have had better luck this week.

Got it from Toys R Us pretty easily

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I ordered it off of Amazon ASAP. It should be here tommorow, actually. I had the same issue with not being able to find any in my entire state.

Amazon is out of stock at the moment, but I went ahead and ordered one. None of the stores around me ever had any in stock.

My huge disappointments:
Still can't change LBS to KG. I can't believe they didn't fix that.
They took away the Juggling game that I loved.
The water hose game is horrible to control.
No new tracks for bubble game.

What I love:
Mountain Climbing is really great with two wii remotes.
The ski is great. Difficult but great.
The rest of the games that use the Game Pad do work nicely.
Miiverse integration seems great.
Seems to be bigger and better in general.

All in all, I am happy with it. Highly recommended.

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to change the time on the Wii Fit Meter. I got mine first day, I live in the East Coast in the US so there was daylight savings time ending about 3 days after I got it. So now the time reads an hour faster than it is. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I don't have the game but I read elsewhere that you should change the time on your Wii U console then sync the Fit meter.
