Games are easy to make advertising for. Plastic bricks with tablets on their own are very hard to sell. Look at the 3ds- Mario Kart ad, Mario 3d land ad, NSMB2, Layton, Mario Tennis, Zelda, Mario Sticker Star, Nintendogs- all heavily advertised. I don't actually think there has been an exclusive game for the Wii U which can be shown with true innovation on TV.
Something tells me that we will get a wave of Ads with the Monster Hunter 3 bundle/LegoCity/Pikmin 3, which are all Nintendo exclusives. Why waste money on an ad where people say: 'apart from cleaner picture, it looks like the old Mario on the Wii'.
I wouldn't of been surprised that there would have been a Rayman ad as well.
Isn't it obvious that Falco Lombardi is actually a parrot?
Like i said and ill say it again nintendo has something up there selves for E3 this just because nintendo has done that much advertisement doesn't mean anything...Just Saying

That commercial for Luigi's Mansion is fantastic. That makes me say "I have GOT to get me a 3DS." The Wii U has made the classic case of focusing on the hardware. I think the 3DS did the same when it tried too hard to promote the 3D features.
It's about games. Right now too many people think "Wii U = that odd controller." Nintendo should be aiming for "Wii U = this game that looks fantastic."

That's a bit of a problem at the moment seeing as the only good games are one that were available at launch.
