Who hasn't picked up a Wii U yet and has their heart set on the Splatoon bundle?
Should the RRP of the Mario Kart 8 bundle go down? It would make sense considering they're the same consoles with the same priced games. Using Australian figures, the MK8 bundle is $429 RRP but you can find it for $399 or at best $379. The RRP for the Splatoon bundle will be $359 so it could go for lower at retail - I expect shops to offer game packages to boost it up to the $379 - $399 range.. so all things considered I'm still keeping a close eye on when the 'best' package will come about. Is anyone else being this tight with money?
Splatoon and Mario Kart 8 are great choices because the latter is a must-have and one of the best multiplayer games on the console and the former could well be in that top few by years end. These are games you will want to own anyway. What about a package with BOTH games?
With two multiplayer game bundles, perhaps we'll get lucky and get the Xenoblade Chronicles X bundle in the West, which does feature goodies outside the 32GB Wii U. Is this another option that has been holding anybody off? This is the real reason I'm holding off, especially as I missed the Wind Waker Wii U, I want some Limited Edition goodness..!!
