I already have a tonne of VC titles (100+) so I'll just be focusing on games after the N64:
TLOZ: Wind Waker
Soul Calibur II
Eternal Darkness
SSB: Melee
Wave Race: Blue Storm
Kirby's Air Ride
*I would add Metroid Prime but I have the Trilogy:)
I'd also like Shining Force III for the Saturn.
Did you guys know that you can only play older VC titles in "Wii Mode" so I'm not sure how this will affect new releases or whether the Pro Controller will be compatible with older VC titles.
Depends what ones are available. Maybe I'll try some Gamecube games I don't own, since I see no point buying Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart Double Dash, Luigi's Mansion, Smash Bros Melee or the Wind Waker again just to play them on a different system.
I was absent through most of the Gamecube generation so I will visit some of the first party stuff that is just too expensive to buy used. I will keep my Wii since it does play the Gamecube stuff. I really guess it depends on the price point for the Gamecube games.
I'm hoping for Tales of Symphonia, that game looks great, but it's really expensive now for a physical copy. Same goes for MGS Twin Snakes
I'll also get quite a lot of other GC games I don't have like Luigi's Mansion, as long as they are cheaper on VC than an on disc.

I'll be rebuying all my GCN games that come out, also I'll buy any cool eShop titles (sonic 4 ep 2, 1001 spikes, NiGHTS, Jet Set, or sonic adventure)
Digitaloggery 3DS FC: Otaku1 WiiU: 013017970991 Nintendo of Japan niconico community is full of kawaii! Must finish my backlagg or at least get close this year W...
With the exception of Cubivore and maybe some Dreamcast games...I honestly can't think of any. VC is not gonna be nearly as important to me anymore tbh because I grew up playing almost all of the good GCN games (especially since the economy was still decent and renting games was still a thing). I mean, maybe some of the games I was dumb enough to sell like the first Pikmin...or the Rogue Squadron sequels...or PM:TTYD, but that's about it.
I am waiting to learn more about the "Wii Mode" and VC on the Wii U before I purchase a Wii U. I wish Nintendo would say something soon, otherwise I am perfectly happy getting a PS3 or 360.
@brooks83 Well it does have Radiant Silvergun. But at this point I'd recommend waiting to see what the Nextbox can do before you make a decision.
Well Nextbox will at least be a year away, and who knows how much it will cost. Plus I've got a ton of 360 games to catch up on, so I'll get it soon if I do get one. And yeah, Radiant Silvergun and Ikaruga will be some of my first downloads haha.
