Hi guys, i just joined this forum today so I'm a newbie anyways today i called EBgames Canada in ottawa and they said that the Wii U is sold out. so When do U think moar Wii u's are gonna come in north america and restock? See what i did there?? The U in the sentence

keep in mind though. Even if it does restock faster ebgames and GameStop did put people on a waiting list after they stopped taking preorders.. And they didn't even get enough wii us to fill all preorders in Ottawa. So even if the restock happens faster eb and GameStop in Ottawa has to go thought the remainder of who preordered and the wait list before they can sell it to anyone else

The Wii went through a small lull here where they came back in stock around the summer months and them completely disappeared again as October/November approached. They were still nearly impossible to find around here for the NEXT Christmas shopping season.
Well lets just hope guys, oh and i checked ebgames website and i clicked store availability and all ebgames near my area are in stock. then i got really confused so i called them and they said that they do have wii u's but there filling in all the preorders, so atleast where getting closer for the wii u to be available in stores then i expected

i think they still have poeple that didnt get there wii u's yet since they ran out, so im just saying, how long do YOU think the left over preorders will last??? Before they can sell the wii u's in store. Thanks.
In terms of shipping numbers, NIntendo seems to be manufacturing at about 1.2 million Wii Us a month (for the world, with the majority probably going to the US and Japan). There shouldn't be many problems finding them after March for sure, and it's probable we'll see it happen earlier than that.
As for pre-orders, I'm pretty sure Nintendo has stated that you'll be able to get a Wii U without preordering, at least in December. I wouldn't expect to just waltz into any store and find one, but I doubt there's been 3.6 million preorders, which is probably how many Wii Us Nintendo plans to make in this time period.
