I assume you mean a sequel to XIII? XIII is based on a French comic book. XIV was the codename of one of the characters from the story (in the comics and in the game XIII). It would make absolutely no sense to call the sequel XIV. No offense, but I would hope that if you had played the game then you would have known that. Anyway, XIII was an amazing game and I'm still waiting for the sequel.
As crazy as it sounds considering the last title, I'd really like the next Metroid to be produced in Japan and by Sakamoto. I'm not the biggest fan of Other M, but I think it's always a mistake to think that an author totally misunderstood his own brainchild. The least we can do is just give it a chance and see if Other M will lead to new possibilities. I mean, we always judge authors on a game by game basis, which is not really fair, so I really hope to see more of Metroid according to Sakamoto in the future.
Sakamoto didn't make Metroid. Gunpei Yokoi did. I would rather have Sakamoto make the next Metroid game rather than Retro Studios, though. What I'd like to see is a game that upgrades Other M as much as Super Metroid upgraded Metroid 1.
I wouldn't mind some new twists on old themes.... the centipede for the 3ds is pretty good. I just bought Pac Man and Ghostly Adventures- haven't played it yet.

If the Wii U would get just a few third party games, I could be satisfied having it as my only console this gen.
Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Tomb Raider, the main Resident Evil games, random horror titles like The Evil Within or akin to Alan Wake, the latest sports games, etc....but almost none of these will actually happen.
Which is why I'll have to add a PS4 for the perfect combo. Got to have God of War as well.
