Some people don't have an extensive library of GameCube games you know. Maybe they'll release some obscure title that you never had the chance to play. The Wii VC had titles like Sin and Punishment for example, there's a good chance that the Wii U VC will do the same.

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"
Ya, lets just hope they release all their 1st and 2nd party titles, and get all the other companies to release theirs too, if they do put them on there. Maybe even full Wii games in HD, like RE 0, 1, 4, Fatal Frame 4 could be an import. There's really no reason why they shouldn't just put everything on there really, because it cost nothing to put them on there, except internet service and electricity. It would be a great benefit for Wii U owners too, because PSN and Xbox Live don't have EVERYTHING on their shops. Just put the last 27 years on the eShop Nintendo...

I know, just sayin' I wouldn't buy any personally. After all, that is what the thread is asking.
Speaking of the thread topic I'd probably get Wind Waker if I had a choice of any games in the GC library. I already got Pikmin as a New Play Control game, I'm not really that interested in Luigi's Mansion and Sunshine isn't something I'd get before Wind Waker. So Wind Waker for me. Will browse MiIVerse and so on when new games appear to see whether or not they're worth getting though. That's what those things are for, right?
Although the first game I'll get when the Wii U VC launches will probably more likely be A Link to the Past. I have never actually played it and I never got it on the Wii VC for some unknown reason. I could get it now obviously but I'm not going to bother while it's not clear what happens to Wii VC. If the Wii U VC has GamePad support, which it probably will, and if they don't let you transfer Wii VC titles, which could easily happen, I'd really regret getting it now. So that's the first game I'll want to get on the Wii U VC.
What all game cubes games have come to the wii u e-shop?
I'm very curious because gamecube was about the only nintendo console I skipped out on years ago lol I tried playing catch up with my little wii playing gamecube games on it got a few classic's like animal crossing GC, luigi's mansion GC etc. Be nice to download the gamecube games as they are hard to find now a day's.
Happy Gaming! (^_^)
None are on the eshop yet. In fact, I don't believe Nintendo has even confirmed that GC titles will be available for download.
But it's very likely and I think Nintendo has hinted at the idea.
The only classic GC game that I still need to play would be Luigi's Mansion. Maybe Eternal Darkness and Killer 7 too.
Since my GameCube works perfectly, and will be easily accessible by the time GCN games are even announced, I won't be getting anything I already have. That being said, Wind Waker might be worth the download. Couldnt get into Ocarina, but I like the artstyle of WW better, so maybe I can try with that.
I never played Eternal Darkness now that you mention it, same with Killer 7. Other than those I've played all the games I want from that console, and know most of them like the back of my hand. Same with N64, SNES, NES, and Wii games I've played.

Eternal Darkness really is an awesome game. Hopefully it can be released on the Wii U VC and then they release a sequel for the Wii U. Where you can use the gamepad to look around while examining items and objects. That would be awesome. But no scanner. There's enough games with scanners.
Super Monkey Ball and Double Dash most of all. Those are still my favorite games on the system.

Personally, I'd much rather have Double Dash, but in HD. and supporting online.
Unfortunately don't have cash
But if I had a wii u, I'd want Double Dash, period. My only worries are (would be) about controllers - GC controllers got destroyed
Hmm.... well, I doubt I will buy GC Virtual Console, but if I do, I would love to get Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, the Wind Waker, Super Mario Sunshine, or even Kirbys Air Ride. Since I prefer my old GC controllers, I doubt I'll switch except for the simple purpose of seeing it in upscaled glory.

Honestly, the pro controller is the best traditional controller Nintendo has ever made IMO, so I would rather use that to play the GCN games. Besides, who else had to get used to GCN controller compared to N64 when that came out? I did. I even had to get used to the N64 controller from NES and SNES(surprise?). I got my GCN 5 months after it came out with SSBMelee, and it took me a little getting used to. The pro controller is a perfect opportunity to make as the standard besides the gamepad for games like SSBrothers. There's really gonna be no other way to play it unless you prefer Wii remote(w/ nunchuck or not) or classic controller. GCN is gone, and your gonna have to get used to using the pro controller.
