I'm very excited about the Nintendo Wii U, but I'm usually never interested in third-party titles. I've made exceptions to some third-party titles, but I've always more with Nintendo's first-party games. With that being said, I'm planning on purchasing the following:
•Nintendo Land
•New Super Mario Bros. U
•Pikmin 3
•Wii Fit U
•Wii U Panorama View (working title)
I may purchase Rayman Legends and Scribblenauts Unlimited, but I'm still debating. That's a lot of titles, which means a lot of money, so I have to be conservative.

Nintendo Land, either Rayman Legends or New Super Mario Bros. U (leaning toward Rayman, though...), Tekken Tag Tournament 2, and either ZombiU or Assassin's Creed 3. Nintendo Land and Tekken are for sure. I also know I want a platformer and something else. That something else will mostly depend on early reviews of ZombiU, though.
As a side note my purchase of ZombiU will also be the determining factor in my purchase of Black Ops 2 or Aliens: Colonial Marines. I would like a first-person shooter, but only want ZombiU if it's as good as it can be given its premise, and I don't want or need two shooters that early in the console's life. So we'll see.
At any rate, I know I'm getting 4 games at launch, and I know what two of them are. And likely some downloads. And... who am I kidding, I'll probably get Scribblenauts Unlimited, too!

Basically for me, the more I watch trailers and read impressions, the more I realize I have no interest in Sports Collection, Just Dance, P-100 or TANK! TANK! TANK! and I have little interest in Pikmin 3 and Mass Effect 3. Beyond that, I have some sizeable interest in everything else. Picking just a few is going to be hard when I'm excited about:
