The first game I bought for my NES I think was Ikari Warriors. It was very inferior to the arcade version

ABBA.

Oh yeah...I didnt know the code for a long time but figured out there was some way to continue and we used to just mash random buttons on our controller hoping to continue....some times that mashing would become desperate as time ticked down and it would be game over. Much easier when you know the code...as long as you don't get stuck on a game glitch hours in to it DOH!

My first one was The Simpsons: Road Rage for the GBA. My first "actual Nintendo" game was Pokemon FireRed. I still have it.

I am a human.

Super Mario Bros.. either that or the Golf Game for NES, possibly Duck Hunt. One of those games. I think I played them all the same night I was introduced to the NES and gaming in general.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

It was either Donkey Kong, Jr. on the Intellivision or Donkey Kong on the Commodore 64 before the NES ever existed at home, and probably Donkey Kong prior to that in an arcade but I was really young and can't remember for sure.

My first two ever NES games were Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (so sad they removed it from the VC when license expired) and Gradius (what a classic, a tough one but a classic nonetheless).

My first Nintendo game was probably the arcade Donkey Kong, though I played DK Jr. and Mario Bros when I was young too. My first NES game was Golf, I remember correctly. I used to play NES games over my uncle's house and, while he did get SMB and Duck Hunt separately, he didn't get them with the NES.

Tasuki

Probably Donkey Kong on an Atari. My cousins had one and I vaguely remember playing that and a baseball game all the time when I was younger and would go over to their house.

My very first Nintendo game was Super Mario World on the SNES. I wasn't very good at the game but I really enjoyed playing it.
