Somehow I doubt OP was looking for a list of all games Nintendo made in the last 5 years that weren't Mario or Zelda. When people ask about a gaming companies IP's or franchises they're generally not talking about one-off games that sold for $5 and never got a sequel. I'm just assuming OP didn't post it as a challenge to find everything you can - he was most likely asking about what new franchises they've actually gotten into making (Such as Xenoblade). Maybe I was wrong though; OP didn't specify, so you're right - put Streetpass games and NES remix on your list, if nothing else it gave me a good chuckle.
IMO I wouldn't turn your nose up at the Streetpass games, they are hugely popular and unique to Ninty consoles. I actually like collecting the new puzzles pieces and has ensured my 3DS is on me constantly now.
