Mine is my collector's edition DmC chain that my girlfriend bought for me from a Comic Con down in the United States (we live in Canada.) It's the exact same red chain that Dante wears in the game. DmC is my favourite non-Nintendo game of all time, and this chain/necklace is very important to me.
My game library ranges from Mario Kart to Call of Duty to Tales of Xillia to Diablo 3 to Forza. To me gaming is about having fun - not blindly supporting only one company while thumbing your nose at "the evil other systems."
Where my friends and I usually get stupid:

I hoard most of my games and systems, so this is a tough one. Strong candidates include
a full soundtrack edition of Spyro: Year of the Dragon that I got from a friend a year or two ago (I had gone far too much of my life having to listen to the first hub level theme play during the final boss)
my Game Boy Pocket because it is the oldest video game system I own (oldest I've owned was an Atari 800 computer that my dad got rid of when I was still very young)
my original Game Boy Advance and GBA-to-GCN link cable, because there was some ingenious use of that connectivity (the zenith for me is the road-building minigame in Rayman 3) and the link cable port on my GBA SP is broken.
Any and everything Nintendo Entertainment System related. You can set all my other gaming stuff on fire, even this masterpiece, but please don't touch my NES stuff.
Whoa, nostalgia overload! I completely forgot about that game organizer - I used to have the exact same one back in my NES days.
As for my own prized gaming possession, I still have the original copies of Thief: The Dark Project and Thief2: The Metal Age.
Sidenote: These two gems from the turn of the century are an utter embarrassment to the reboot that just released. For the past decade it seems like developers have been trying to emulate Thief's sense of stealth and immersion and have been failing miserably; the new reboot is no different.
My Hyrule Historia book with drawings, a Legend of Zelda special Manga and the explanation of the Legend of Zelda storyline through all the released games.
Two mario kart wii caps, one was a pre order bonus which is white, the other came from club nintendo and is a light green colour. I also ha a boo cap, a goomba cap, and an animal crossing cap.
Also, in my collection, I have 2 japanese Super famicom styled classic controllers and one UK snes classic controller.
Then there's the NES plug and play version of Micro Machines.
I'm not much of a collector of gaming-related merchandise, but I do have a lot of Zelda books. The Hyrule Historia, the limited edition Prima guides, and the manga. Also have a ton of music albums, like the Symphony of the Goddess, all of the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts Piano Collections, Distant Worlds I and II, and Dragon Quest VIII Symphony.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
