I personally would love to see an F-Zero game, a metriod prime game (with a mass effect type formula). Being able to select what planets to explore, maybe select what bounty hunters/ crew members venture on with you. A interactive story. All the works lol.
A community based/online Animal crossing. A remake of ocarina of time with realistic wii u graphics. A new mario game that follows the same formula as Super Mario 64/Sunshine etc. A new or even ported Metal Gear Solid game with Wii u gamepad controls and graphics. And of course, A RPG/MMORPG hybrid Pokemon game. Its the game everyone have wanted since the dawn of time and Nintendo would be absolutely oblivious if they don't realize that.

I like your thinking. I love remakes and sequels for good games. I would strongly welcome 3rd party support as well. I'm hoping with the increased sales of the wii u that 3rd party companies will actually support the wii u. Any games in particular youd like to see?

Interesting, I definitely do enjoy a good RTS. Warcraft 3ish. I guess pikmin 3 would be somewhere along those lines. I could see an indie company making that happen more so than nintendo themselves. Theres also that 101 game that kind of fits in that genre.

Looks like we have a lot of similarities. Love Fatal Frame and Ive been praying that they would make an Eng version of that game, as its only available in japan. Persona would be great and i love your idea with hourglass. It could absolutely work intuitively on the gamepad.
defhalan, only the demo. And thats why i poorly said kind of like. in the sense you multitask wiith using a lot of chsracters. I understand its not an actual RTS.

MOTHER 3 and MOTHER 1+2 on VC. (MOTHER 1+2 specifically just because I heard that there's some enhancements to MOTHER 1. Though, it's version of MOTHER 2 apparently really sucked...)
Elite Beat Agents 2 would be cool. Japan got a sequel, yet we didn't, for some reason.

How about Team Fortress 2 or something? Or even Half-Life 2? TF2 fills a nice "cartoony-shooter-that's-not-Splatoon" gap, and it's still getting updates. While it's old, HL2 has never been on a Nintendo console before, so it'd be pretty cool. Though, at that point, might as well give us the Orange Box.
Yes to Metal Gear Solid. Its an amazing series and you should definitely give it a try. Id love to have V for the wii u but I was saying just collectively any of those games would be great. I could see Konami releasing V like six months after the xboxone/ps4 release for the wii u.
The Gamepad would be absolutely fantastic for RTS. I haven't been big into the genre since the days of Starcraft, Red Alert, and Age of Empires II, but I would definitely buy a Wii U RTS.
The Gamepad would also be ideal for an MMO, with your skill bars and inventory/map/character sheet being on the second screen and the buttons more-or-less being mapped like a Zelda game, with a context-sensitive action button, a regular attack button, a few skill/item hotkeys, and a target toggle.

Love Steam/valve games. I would openly support that. Ive actually fantasized about portal being on the wii u and being able to use the gamepad to look through the portals with greater depth. Mother 3 I believe is coming to the wii u. Hopefully one and two will follow.

3D Yoshi game (although with Woolly World coming out, this may be unlikely)
DK beat em up/hack and slash/whatever you want to call it
Mario collecathon game, preferably something related to Sunshine
Maybe some kind of point and click detective game
