I generally don't like the controls for some games on the iPad but that's mostly because of the games on the iPad that don't work well. The people who don't like controls on games for iPad that work, and they agree that they do, on the grounds that they "don't like multi-touch" are either idiots or trolls. The same is true of people who don't like the controls of Skyward Sword on the grounds that "motion controls suck".
I hate wine even though I can perfectly appreciate why other people would love a good glass of red.
Meanwhile, I like beer.
I guess the elitists that like to pretend the only alcohol worth drinking is wine would get upset by that statement, but that doesn't make me a troll. Just a dude that likes his drinking one way, but isn't so close minded to think that something he doesn't like must therefore be bad.
There's a difference between being shown some wine and saying:
"I don't like wine but I can see why some might"
.....and this
"I don't like wine. This one is nice but I don't like wine. You should start making beer because wine sucks"
The later is what you were doing and what I was complaining about which I argued made you either an idiot or a troll. The former is what you're now claiming you did which is fine but it wasn't what you did.
@skywake I've played far more iPad games then I let on (because I'm relatively ashamed of myself for that) and I find your statement incredibly offensive. Just because I dislike the controls for 99% of all iPad games, I am now a troll? Good day to you sir!
No, you would be a troll if someone pointed to a game on the iPad and you said "yeah, that one controls well but touch controls suck and they should stop doing it".
Ideally, I want a large, traditional style overworld that's navigatable via various vehicles including a horse, boat and loftwing, with more dungeons, harder enemies and bosses, etc.
Practically, I expect a game kind of like Twilight Princess. Why? Because Skyward Sword didn't sell as well as it could have done, so Nintendo seem likely to go back to the one art style which sold well in recent history and try and make a game which looks like traditional high fantasy, at least on the surface. Not to mention, the art style seems like one well suited to showing off a HD console like the Wii U.
@Shaohs
I would rather have a Zelda HD collection than just a MM remake. Just think, Ocarina of Time (using the 3DS version resources), Wind Waker, and Skyward Sword would take barely any work at all. Majora's Mask could be remade using the resources from the 3DS OoT the same way the original shared resources, but have environments redone in high polygon and high res texture, and Twilight Princess would just need a texture upgrade. With twilight princess you could even solve the debate of traditional controls vs motion controls by offering both. It'd be nice if they upgraded the motion controls to Skyward Sword standards, and would expect most games to have interactive inventory screens on the gamepad if they use it. That would be worth buying a system for me.
@Neoproteus: Actually, for Majora's Mask they should make the characters look a little unique, as well as depressed. The art style of it should be an extremely dark and depressing one as well, It needs to have that "It's hopeless" atmosphere.
@skywake while I take back my previous statement, (thank you for clarifying) you are forgetting that some people don't consider everything, or are just dim, not necessarily trolls. :3

The next Zelda game will feature the hero of time again. This time Link starts the adventure grown up, so when he travels into the future he's transformed into a geezer voiced by Robin Williams.

Twilight Princess did exactly that and look how much hate it gets.

Not much from what I've heard. Matter of fact the only negative criticism I've heard on TP was from my wife, who just said she hated Epona...
I just want it to look pretty and don't be Skyward Sword all over again.
What was so bad about Twilight Princess? It was a nice, lengthy game with a good art style and an okay story. Maybe it could have been a bit harder, maybe the graphics could have been better, maybe it could have had more minigames. These are all very minor complaints. I did play the Wii version, and I'm not new to the internet by any means. I just haven't heard anyone bashing Twilight Princess. At least not nearly as much as Wind Waker or Skyward Sword.
For a while everyone was whining about the sameyness compared to OOT because they have bad opinions. Honestly, TP was far more creative and awesome than a game that WAS definitively intentionally trying to be like OOT2 had any right to be. And also I actually cared about anything before the first dungeon (or the story before the post-3rd dungeon cutscenes) so that automatically puts it above Skyward Sword.
