Topic: What did you think of the direct?

Some large news. A good Nintendo Direct I liked it. Its still the worst one this year. But I understand they can't raise the bar as they did in April all the time.

Solid for a ND right before E3.
I'm really not sure what people who were disappointed or thought it was 'meh' were expecting from this.

I would have been happier if the Pikmin 3 and TW101 release dates were sooner, but other than that I really have no complaints.

IDK. These games don't usually interest me but, maybe it's the figure skating or ... _curling

It just seems like this one could be special. Of course the graphics actually help matters this time around.

It was good. Exactly what I expected this time round.

It was good because they talked about things they are getting out of the way before the holidays season.

This leaves for the holidays perhaps one of the biggest windows ever which would push forward Wii U in an incredible way, all system sellers:

(1) Mario Kart U
(2) Wii Fit U (hopefully before)
(3) Wind Waker HD
(4) 3D Mario
(5) Mario Party U
(6) Surprise Release

I think once people stop expecting each and every Nintendo Direct to be a miniature E3 opinions will start to sound a bit more sane.
