I'm enjoying it, and improving every time, but I have the most bizarre complaint: the visuals are SO good, like, the backgrounds, that I can barely see the enemies! I suppose I should look at the Gamepad more often, but it's so pretty that it's hard to tear my eyes away from the TV...
I searched a few pages back and didn't see a thread for this game, sorry if I missed it.
Anyway, any tips for this game?

Actually that's a pretty good point. I do have poor eyesight even corrected with lenses. When my glasses come off I'm legally blind. My eyes just don't focus the way they should. I didn't even think of that!
I haven't had any problems but then again I actually have better than 20:20 vision so..... Maybe you have some kind of colour blindness because it's not like the colours stand out very well. Lots of greens on purples. It's not exactly the best game for high contrast unlike Geometry Wars and similar games.

I don't have color blindness at all... just the regular kind! I wish I had known about this before I bought it, but then how would I know without a demo? It's not exactly a widespread issue. Anyway it's still a great game and I'm sure I'll figure out some way to get my $10 worth!

I'm legally blind too(not color blind though), having an astigmatism that makes me see what would be 20:25 or so vision, actually alot poorer. I'm farsighted, but can only see things good up close. I know that sounds like a poor explanation of my vision problems, but it's true... Just adjust your TV settings, or get used to identifying the moving enemies with their color schemes.

No problem... It's funny how they've made such visually good looking games, but if you have poor vision like us, you can't see it no matter how good it looks. Haha. I literally can't see things 10 or more feet away.

Oh definitely! The backgrounds are stunning and I can appreciate that, but I can't... quite... play... the game! XD That is something I never, ever would have guessed would happen. It's worth figuring out though.

i keep getting really weird scores, particular in Zeta cluster. things like Basic Score: 34.000 point + Bonus Score 68.000 point = Final Score: 82.000. Extra-terrestial math?
