Eh...I was watching that exact page in around late April/May and it was around $60.
Was it in stock because in January it was the price it is now.
They were definitely a lot more expensive a couple/few months ago. I was looking into getting one around April or May and the price was pushing $70 and they were in stock. It might have only been a short time though. The next time I checked was sometime after E3 and they were back to the price they're at now.
I should have been more clear.. the new Smash GameCube controller, which hasn't been released yet (probably releasing alongside the game since it's the one you get in the bundle) can be preordered for $29.99. Of course original GC controllers are gonna have crazy fluctuating prices, they're kinda rare at this point especially new.
