After start the storage manager, WiiU wanted to delete some unnecessary data (could take 30 minutes). What data it want to delete? Is it something new from firmware 4.0.3 ?

Just third party games, nothing to worry about.

I've never gotten this message, so I would proceed with caution (and fyi, it's not third party games)

Sources?

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

It should only take common sense to know that the eshop won't delete your third party games as "unnecessary data".

It could be other data, like video cache or the background music or something.

Bloop.
