Topic: TVii- Nintendo's System seller?

I play all my shows and movies off a USB hard drive plugged directly into my TV so I wouldn't have much use for this even if it made its way over here.
As long as I can play games on my Wii U, I'll be pretty happy.

I'm rather certain that Nintendo TVii should be part of the Wii U's firmware, so I doubt that's possible.

Congratulations on your new-found psychic abilties~

If you're attempting to imply something here, I'm failing to understand it.

You're "rather certain" that TVii "should" be part of the firmware?

Well, I'm rather certain that TVii shouldn't be on any Wii U because it looks lame!

Oh, zezzy, quit yer bunkum; everybody knows you've pre-ordered two in advance already. One to actually play, and one to fill the other side of your bed. >:3

But in all seriousness, I didn't mean to state "should" as if it were my own opinion - I meant that I'm "rather certain" that Nintendo TVii will be part of the Wii U's firmware. Hence, undeletable.

If by "new" you mean "there isn't one for iPad" then sure... it's very half baked

Yeah, Apple removed it because, frankly, the actual YouTube website works fine on iPad Most unnecessary app ever.

In my experience, the iPad app works a lot better than YouTube through the browser - the videos loaded much quicker...

But anyway, back onto Nintendo...I'm kinda pissed that TVii is NA only. (I live in England) I'd defintely use it, if it was available...I'll be subscribing to game rental package, which gives me access to TV/movie streaming, when the U is released...guess I'm going to have to pay for an Internet browser...

You do notice the TV button on the controller, right? I'd post a pic, but since Nintendolife is advertising the WiiU, you could just go to the homepage and look to the right.
Getting rid of the TVii would be like getting rid of something integral to what makes the WiiU the WiiU, at least from the controller perspective.

Best thread ever
