Hi everyone sadly my WiiU recently died and I sent it in for repair, mine was freezing a lot when internet droped out then one day after net droped out the WiiU just 100% died, sent it in and I was told it was from a faulty motherboard in it.

Anyways I got it back now but it won't let me update anything of mine via eShop nor will it let me download my games, they said it's because I have multiple Mii's which are from 2 different regions. I know for a fact this is quite a large issue with repaired consoles the lady on the phone sounded like she wanted to just die cause she's sick of hearing about the same error everyday.

So is there anything anyone managed to do to get it fixed or was it 100% behind the scenes fixes that only Nintendo can do themself? xD I'm keen to play again but just can't yet...

Any tips would be greatly appreciated from anyone who been through the eShop errors.
Thanks~

To clarify I got a new console back which they transferd my Mii's/NNID's onto.

I have miis from 2 different regions and I've never had problems updating my games..
this is new to me (games purchased in mexico eshop and us eshop)

she mentioned it is an issue related to having miis from different regions, but did she told you how to fix it? erasing miis or something?

We've tried a bunch of different things over the phone, but I think it's something broken with their NNID transfer system. Which only seems to occur if they xfer the ID's for you after a repair, might be only something the techs can fix and nothing I can do, i'll just have to wait it out some more.
