Nah, it wouldn't be worth the money. Youcouldn't just buy a popular IP without paying a boatload of money. And Nintendo probably wouldn't be able to get that money back since most people (if not a lot) who own the system are kids or people who just want to play Nintendo games.
While it might be to late to get the support for the WiiU it needs its possible to improve it however it is going to be essential for the next generation to massively increase support one way or another.
Work with the many developers and IPs that were sabotaged by publisher stupidity and create a small place at Nintendo made exclusively to help port other people's games.
My first suggestion would be Bulletstorm. It is pretty much in the same position Bayonetta was before Nintendo came along, including being a million+ seller that should've been enough in a sane world.
I already gave the solution, as it is the most logical solution in all regards, as far as I can tell, and doesn't contradict what Nintendo has said it wants to do.
@GoneFishin not saying I don't believe you but do you have a source for those numbers? I just find it hard to believe that they would lose so much in such a short amount of time. How in the world have they lost that much money in such a short amount of time? What have they been spending money on?
