Amazon UK has the WW bundle listed at £329.99 while the Deluxe Nintendo land version costs £258.00. I'm hoping they update their prices soon as Game already has the WW bundle at £250.00.
I'm also hoping £45.00 for WW is a mistake as other Wii U games are selling at £35.00.
I guess nothing was learned from the Wii U sales increase 800% on Amazon UK story from back in May! Sure, they went up 800% on Amazon, but actual sales didn't increase at all, it was just shoppers migrating to Amazon as they became the cheapest.
In Europe, sales could go up twenty times what they are now (less than 3k a month), which would make people around here go nuts with excitement, but those would still be really, really bad sales figures. Having said that, I've been saying for a while I think Wii U could end up being the top seller this Christmas. PS4 and Xbox One will both sell out, no doubt about that, which means their sales will be limited. They'll sell their couple of million but won't be able to go any higher because there's just not enough stock. If Super Mario 3D Land catches on like Nintendo hope, they could sell more than a couple of million consoles.
There will be a turnaround when there will be a bigger install base.
It's actually a vicious circle, as there probably won't be a big install base as long as there aren't enough games. And publisher won't bring their games to a platform that doesn't provide a valid income.
For now I'm doing my part, buying all the games I like on the Wii U and supporting publishers (like Ubisoft) which support the Wii U.
I already have AC4 Buccaneer Edition preordered, and if my finances will allow it, I'll be sure to get Watch Dogs, hopefully the Deadsec Edition.
Let's hope for the better, I'm having a LOT of fun with the Wii U
I just went to go look because i didnt hear about the skull edition before and i find out its for UK only, infact there is like 4 special editions that is for UK only.. I really wanted the Art book to without all the other stuff.
Anywho il be doing the same, Watchdogs and AC4 are on my list with Wii U as well as Batman Origins . Not to mention a fair bit of other titles from Nintendo and ones who havnt made there way out and wont until 2014.

So I guess "confirmed" is gonna be another abused and misused term
I think the OP is just excited. Let him him/her be and move along.
But he's misleading everyone who walks into this thread through his blatant misuse of the term, "confirmed". What possible good would there be in leaving that alone? :/

Wow! You guys are seriously making a big deal out of nothing lol Let me ask all of you something, have you ever had a gut feeling about anything in your life? That is what this is and I stated that in different words in my original post about this topic and that is how confident I am that this is the beginning of the Wii U's turnaround. I don't mind a debate but this is being blown way of proportion. I also saw someone post about the 800% increase Wii U had a while back. That in my opinion is completely different because that was in response to Microsoft's press conference about the XBOX One which alienated their entire fanbase and not about any games for the Wii U. This case is completely different because of a price cut, bundle and Zelda. This change is due to Nintendo and Software and NOT because of a Microsoft press release. Also I am not misleading anyone but I am more than happy to modify the title of the topic if that helps. I do enjoy this website as it's great chatting with others that are fans of Nintendo but I think some of you are really cautious or pessimistic about any Nintendo news that is even slightly positive since the majority of Nintendo news is mainly negative. If I'm wrong about this being the turn around than I am wrong but my gut feelings says this will be the turnaround. If you have reasons for this not being the case that is your opinion and this is fine and you are entitled to it.

Confirmed = official. A gut feeling is anything but confirmed. That's all we're trying to say, and I'll leave it at that.
On Target's Website, The Wind Waker Bundle is listed in the top 5 of pre-orders/New releases (pre-orders don't show up in their general Bestsellers category).
On Best Buy, it's within their top 40 in their general Best selling category. Also note that the Wii is still selling better than the Wii U on there.
Wal-Mart's listing won't show up under best-selling anything...
Amazon US still does not sell the Wii U.
Fair enough, you gave your point and I gave my point and I'm sticking to it and I am saying that confirmed because that is how confident I am it will be a turnaround, as I stated a few times in this thread with reasons but as I said I will be glad to modify the title of the topic if it's causing this much of an reaction. Obviously the issue with this post to some of you is the title.

Just to put this a little more into perspective.
Yes, but Amazon themselves doesn't sell the Wii U. That means a lot less competition and inflated prices, making the usually popular retailer a very poor choice to go and buy the Wii U.
I think people need to realise one thing before they start celebrating here...
No one really knows how well any new system will do. Oh sure, 'sales' are decent now for the PS4 and Xbox One, but who's to guarantee they'll still be any good next year? If they don't turn out too good in the long run, then the Wii U doing as well is a bit of a moot point, since none of the systems would be doing great (unless your sole interest is Nintendo beating Microsoft and Sony in a pointless numbers game).
The Wii U is definitely going to be a slow burner console.
when it burns slowly it lasts longer and keeps its brightest state for the most time!
