So, last night you accidently rubbed against your Wii U while wishing aloud "Boy, I wish I had the power to green light any sequels I want so that I can bring some of my favorites back from the dead!", and, wouldn't you know it, a genie popped out of the system and granted you that power! So, get them in quick, so he can announce them to the world on this upcoming E3!
He's letting you pick any franchises you want, even if they've never appeared on a Nintendo console, but he did slip you a little suggestion not to waste a wish on a series that is alive and well on another console. He strongly suggested that it should be a series that is dead to all, and not just a "I just want it to also come to the Wii U" type of situation. But hey, in the end, it IS your choice!
P.S.- The Almighty Series Revival Genie also wants to remind you that whenever doing a "Top" list, it should be in countdown format, and should never start with #1. When you know the top selection, it takes a little bit of steam out of the rest of the list. So if it's a top 10, start with 10 and count down to 1! Thanks!
Here are mine:
5- A Non-Madden, non-NFL Blitz football title.
While I understand that this is not a popular franchise around here, football is FUN, guys. But the formula is becoming stale. And we need someone else to take a crack at their take on it, but keep it realistic as well, and not just "NFL BLitz" ridiculousness. I'd also be very excited for a Mario-themed football game as long as the physics were kept realistic, everything else could be as silly as they'd want.
4- Baiten Kaitos
Fun and unique RPG. I'd love another entry.
3- Advance Wars
This game was so great. It was kinda like virtual chess. Positioning all your pieces, thinking ahead was a real brain buster as the levels went on. The multiplayer mode was great as well! I never heard anybody talk about the multiplayer mode, but to me, it was second only to Goldeneye on the N64 as far as "essential and insanely fun multiplayer modes for you and your friends to play over and over and over again until 6am every sleepover"
2- Breath of Fire VI
The world would be a much better place if we were calling for Breath of FIre V to be released instead of VI. Alas, V was created, and it was awful. Luckily, it wasn't numbered like the rest in the series, so maybe we can call the next one BOFV, consider BOF: Dragon Quarter a side game that doesn't actually exist, and just move forward with the common understanding that there are 5 numbered BOF games, and that's all there is to it
1- Suikoden VI
You're a small band of warriors united with the common purpose of taking down a giant power that threatens to destroy the entire world, blah blah BLAH SO many RPG's have the same base story.... EXCEPT Suikoden. This series instead chooses to focus on a war between 2 kingdoms and invites us to learn about the participants of both. We also get to do unique things such as build and maintain our own castle and hunt down secret fighters to join our unit that are optional, as well as characters that help in other ways such as cooking, running mini-games, and doing other various things to grow and advance our castle. Unlike the Final Fantasy series, each entry is tied together in a long running saga, allowing us to see what happened to our favorite (or least favorite...) characters after the last chapter completed.
The series focuses on some unique themes in a truly exceptional way: War, Loss, Death, Revenge, Greed, Betrayal... No game does these better than Suikoden. I challenge someone to show me a game that does the Friendship-Family dynamic better than Riou-Nanami-Jowy do it in Suikoden 2. This is a great... GREAT series and it is a travesty that it didn't sell that well and has stopped. People probably just don't understand what a "Suikoden" even is, and it probably turns them away. I'm curious if you were to swap "Final Fantasy" and "Suikoden" title on each series, if the sales would remain the same. Suikoden should have AT LEAST as many entries (AND sales) as FInal Fantasy.
Whoops, even Genies make mistakes!! I gave him 1a and 1b but he didn't list both!
To my Suikoden VI 1a, I would also like to present:
1b) Dark Cloud 3
Were you like me and a huge fan of developer Quintet during the SNES days? Did you feel that since Quintet is no longer together that games like Actraiser and Soul Blazer were a thing of the past?
Well, if you are one of these people, there's some hope yet! Dark Cloud was very much in the same style as theaforementioned games, and although DC2 changed things up considerably, it was just as unique and a blast to play. Let's bring Dark Cloud 3 back as a combination between the first 2 and we could very likely have gaming bliss on our hands!

Ooooooooh!!!! Yes please! I loved the original games (Dark Cloud 2 was called Dark Chronicle here in the UK) on PS2 BITD and have been hoping for a successor, or even a remake on the 3DS. Dark Cloud 3 would certainly be one of my wishes.
There have been numerous rumours over the years, but I don't think it'll ever happen - it's been too long and I don't think the series was a major hit.
So an old game I care about which hasn't been "outdone" and hasn't had much love? Advance Wars obviously for a start although I'd rather it on a portable platform. But outside of that, Unirally... which is never going to happen.

A new P.N.03 or Shadowman game. Extreme-G, a remastered Turok trilogy game and Star Wars S.O.T.E and Rogue Squadron games. Any of these would make my day.
Saving the world 1 game at a time
Some of my fav franchises- F-zero Mario Kart Monster Hunter, Pokemon Waverace 1080 Extreme-G Metroid Resident Evil

PKM FC 1507 3524 8824
WiiU Nintendo ID: NINTEX
Jet Set Radio all the way, it really needs a revival.
Bring it to Wii U so you can draw your own graffiti designs with the GamePad and share them on Miiverse. Throw in online multiplayer too for good fun. Optional Wii remote support would also be good, so you can mimic shaking the spray can and paint the walls with your hand motion instead of those circular motions with the control stick.
4)F-Zero - I just want more Falcon. Doesnt even have to be a racing title.
3)Megaman - Bring our boy home!
2) Dokapon - Kingdom is my favorite party game of all time. Giving the Darkling Gamepad powers would be awesome.
1) Custom Robo - Would be a perfect fit for Wii U. Slap on some online and custom part sharing, it's good.
