I never received a response. So I am assuming my request was ignored. I also wondered if it was moved. Maybe they are holding it until next year so they can release 5 or 6 Wii U games during the year.
Do you honestly still thinks this port is coming? In the final years of the Wiiu where the port is heading? I think they should scrap this and move on to making something for the NX.
The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
What's going on with your game that you haven't announced, I demand to know for no specific reason.

But considering they said that it would be coming this year (http://nintendoenthusiast.com/news/tantalus-aaa-wii-u-port-reveal-soon-launches-this-year/), you would think that it would be announced at E3 this year, especially when it was DEDICATED to games coming out later in 2015 and early 2016, so not seeing it at all is kinda worrying.

Since Nintendo is mainly focused on satisfying Wii U owners, I doubt Nintendo would want Tantalus to do that. Since we don't know WHO is publishing the port though, it's impossible to tell what has happened to it.
Also, the NX will most likely be released late 2017, so it's still a while away.

Nintendo's entire E3 was a joke, though. If they had actually tried to cater to their fans at the embarrassing Digital Event then maybe we would've seen Tantalus game. I don't think the game is cancelled or dead. Nintendo is just being dumb about it and probably doesn't wanna show it until 2016.

We'll take with a grain of salt, but some news sites are reporting NX platform is launching in summer 2016. Check Digitimes. There are others speculating the same thing.
Maybe Tantalus project has been moved to that. It could make sense, especially if it is Minecraft.
So time will tell. IF THE RUMOR IS TRUE. I expect they would announce the NX and a few games long before E3.
I still hope this Tantalus game is for Wii U and is coming in 2016. I'm honestly HOPING the early 2016 Direct to be the Direct that shows the Wii U's last year is packed to the brim with awesome. The NX... well... please don't be garbage. Please have 3rd party support. Please be a Nintendo fan's dream console. Please release in holiday of 2017.

What??????

“We will continue making 3DS and Wii software while preparing for the NX. We are prioritizing satisfying customers who purchased the Wii U.”
I mean, if Nintendo wanted to go the way of Sega: losing customer faith by cutting their system's lives short, then sure I could believe you. But I honestly don't think they're dumb enough to make the same mistakes that crippled their rival.
Uh, that's a direct quote from Iwata. How much more evidence do you need?
1 more? 1 more evidence
The trick to lying is to use ambiguous terms. "Keep supporting" is unspecific.
If he'd said "We will continue to release a game of $10m budget every 3 months on the Wii U for the next 2 years", I might believe him. That's something you can hold someone to.
I paid $60 for ME3 Wii U because I have no idea. It just launched and my files from the first two games were on my 360. It was fun, but a silly decision on my end.
I never got ME3, but I did get Deus Ex for a little under $20 last year off of Amazon. Great game, but the load times are WAY too long considering the fact that you have to reload every time you die.
