In my opinion, I don't think Bayonetta will appear in the game at all. She would feel like snake. it would just be awkward to have them in the game. the only reason snake was in the game is because the Creator Begged him to be in it to Sakurai.

Edit: I remember that interview now. Kojima actually has no idea if snake is in it or not but he said sakurai could use him again if he wanted to. Unfortunately I don't have the source.

Minor details, you say? Yes please! Those are some of the best kinds of details. Sakurai's mentioned his fondness for them multiple times. The TV-Game 15 itself is something I don't think anyone predicted. When I saw it in the Smash Direct, I was very surprised that something like this could not only appear in the game, but also be an Assist Trophy.
