You know that excuse doesn't work any way you slice it. There are so many negatives to delaying the Wii U version (spoiling the roster early with the 3DS version, lack of any other Wii U retail title, diluted hype which means lower sales etc.) that I seriously don't understand why they're doing it. Even if the 3DS version is completed earlier why not hold it back so they can be released simultaneously?

Can't tell if serious or troll. Ridley, lyn, and Goroh (along with pokemon trainer) are all important to nitnendo's history. This...frog...can't take a spot over these guys. It's awful. I picked froakie as my starter and even I hate this.

It's like people want them to reveal every single thing and not have any secrets in the game.

Everyone, go to the 6:01 mark in the Direct (where Sakurai is talking about the Past Stages, and it's showing Sonic & Mario fighting on Halberd), and pause.

It clearly shows the Blue Shell from Mario Kart as an item.

If they were going to go with a non-gen I pokemon why couldn't they have at least gone with Victini? Or even adding another older pokemon with more relevance like Meowth or even eevee has more importance to the series than frogger.

I thought I was the only one who noticed this. But we don't see it functioning. It probably targets whoever's winning the battle.
