Reactions to Lucario's reveal, largely from 4chan, though there's some from Miiverse and Smashboards as well.

The problem with Miiverse comments section for of the day is the fact that you can make multiple comments so there is always a bunch of haters spam posting the whole things put me off Miiverse a bit especially since 3DS user can now also comment so I just come to this thread to find out now or the Website.

It's more that they're stupid.

The predominant concern seems to be that his inclusion means that Lucario's inclusion means that Mewtwo won't be returning. There's a lot of people who think the two of them(alongside Zoroark) are mutually exclusive.

They're wrong, of course.

What if I told you that I really, really wanted the Urban Champion to be in the new Smash Bros.?

I think Diddy, Ness, and Yoshi are all due for a reveal in the next 2 or 3 months.

I'd question your tastes, but then again, I've seen support for "Mr. Hanafuda" (an OC deck of hanafuda cards with arms and legs), so it's not that strange.

If you think about it, Urban Champion is almost perfect for Smash. He could be a heavy, powerful fighter like Ganondorf, he could throw flower pots, he could do something with a police car, something with confetti, etc. And Urban Champions has similar mechanics to Super Smash Bros. You defeat enemies not by draining their health, but by knocking them off the screen.

Well we got Wii Fit Trainer and Villager. So, Urban Champion is definitely a possibility.

I wouldn't really put Villager in the same category as Wii Fit Trainer... Villager was THE most logical choice as a character for this game. It amazes me why he wasn't in Melee.

So there's actually few people out there who think that 22 is enough characters and the game should release now.

And there's even some out there who won't be purchasing this game because old characters are returning
