Topic: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U - OT

I still can't get the DLC on Smash 3DS. However, I got it on the Wii U. So yay. Also, I like the way all the DLC characters play.

Also, I'm thinking of dropping Marth now. Roy plays a lot more to my liking.

@PKNoUsernameHere - It's the reverse tipper that you prefer, right? I'm finding Roy to be pretty good too. He's changed a bit and is upgraded to a semi-clone of Marth (with a hint of Ike). I'm surprised that his A jab is one attack ala Zelda & Ganondorf.

@Jason723 - Updated Guidances would be nice though. No doubt getting the voice actors back again and again would be problematic, so perhaps those can be added via updates when all of the DLC characters are done.

Yeah, sort of. The main reason I prefer Roy is because of his Shield Breaker. Feels more ranged and can kill early.

So anyone here in NA have an idea what the best way to get an amiibo from the next wave releasing in Sept. is? I know the things like to sell out fast but idk the fastest way to get one, besides going to the physical store on launch day.

So is the Miiverse stage out as well? That one looks cool and I'm totally putting the Mii Channel song far up on the song list!

Well, I had a couple of bucks left over from getting Ryu, Roy, Lucas and Dreamland, so I decided to also get the Isabella Mii Outfit...too bad I forgot to put down the code for the 3DS version T_T.

I'm seriously confused right now.

I managed to purchase Roy, Ryu, Lucas and the Dreamland 64 stage after waiting some time after the server issues. I loaded up the game and they were nowhere to be seen. At first I thought it was like Hyrule Warriors where you need to boot up the game twice to active the DLC, but I closed and opened the game several times and still nothing. I checked eShop to see if maybe I somehow hadn't downloaded them, but it said I had. The Miiverse stage which was apparently included in the patch doesn't show up either.

Edit: Turns out the patch didn't install for some reason. It should work now.

DIDDY GOT NERFED AGAIN! His up-throw got nerfed from 8% to 5%.

Should be able to go to your account activity tab on the eShop under the setting with your Mii icon and look at the receipt. There should be an extra code there for Smash 3DS, assuming you got the Isabelle costume for both versions.

How big is this patch? It takes forever to download.

What's Lucas's Final Smash like compared to Ness this time anyway? Is it the same in Brawl, or has been changed to be like Ness's?

Now where are all the clowns who said Goku shouldn't be in Smash? LMAO Nintendo put Ryu in their game so why can't a Saiyan be in the mix?

I was so excited about the new characters and staged that I completely forgot about any balance changes. Also, is the Miiverse stage just going to be an offline thing the whole time? I can't play it online with anyone, which is really a shame.
