Aka: not anyone outside of the few select countries with club Nintendo, who can still see mewtwo displayed in full glory in the shop but can't buy him for an unexplained reason.
Like seriously, if he's not available for purchase, don't adorn the place like he is. It's rude.

So basically if they put in a game that is set to be released a bit later but not for purchase yet... That would be considered rude?

No, it's more like putting a huge banner outside a shop that says "Come buy this great thing, we have it right now!" And then nobody in the shop knows what you're talking about when you ask them where's the great thing.
I know I'm a bit late to the party with the whole "Roy and Ryu" leak, but here's my thoughts:
Roy coming back would be pretty damn awesome. As for Ryu coming back...eh. I'm not really a Street Fighter fan. Heck, aside from Smash, I haven't really been that big on fighting games...then again, Smash is the only fighting game I'm actually good at, so...yeah. If he DOES show up, then y'know what? Good for Ryu fans.
There is nothing here...except for the stuff I just typed...

@gridatttack: I'd rather be able to pay in my own currency. The one and only benefit of saying you're in the U.S. (Club Nintendo) is dead now anyway..
Funny, because my country uses US dollars too.
And we don't use credit cards, because foreign cards are banned.
We have to buy the prepaid cards, and they work. :>
And youre mistaken. The beneift of posing in the US is even better: you can access the whole eshop. Here, theres no eshop. You can only download updates. Which sucks because with PSN we can access all, like we were on the US.
Ooo, I got the e-mail!
...Aw, the codes expire after May 31st. I still don't have a Wii U to call my own and I won't have one by then due to University matters. Looks like I have a spare Wii U code.
So has anyone on the internet compiled a list of post-update balancing changes yet? Or is it too soon?
I think it's a bit too soon. Give it an hour or so.
If I can have your Wii U code that would be awesome of you. I have one of my best friends that have both systems for the Mewtwo, but he didn't register... lol. I can try to give you something in return if you would like.

Well, then I guess you have good reasons to do that, but they don't apply to my country.
Really the only benefit of saying I'm in the U.S. would have been Club Nintendo. And maybe getting Netflix (why would I want that on the 3ds anyway?) and flipnote. That's about it. Everything else would be unnecessary hassle.
