Probably only me and I don't Intend to start an argument with anyone but I brought this game a couple days back and personally I really don't like it. The AI just seems to know everything I'm going to throw at them making me look silly. Now I'm one for a challenge but Smash Bros takes the micky. So much so I almost threw the pad at my tv a few times.
Feel the same way. This was also my first smash. Find a character you feel comfortable using and create combos and techniques. The cpu will expect head on or regular attacks, not crazy ones.
Do you like videogames? If so, you must know
It's dangerous to go Alone.
Are techniques intended to be in the game? Yes yes? Nah I don't think so. Why waste time with coming up with these techniques?... Perfect pivot is almost utterly useless, I see no one using this technique... Stop trying to ruin the game with these "techniques" that make yourself look more "professional." Don't ADD something to the game that's not supposed to be there. It's like hacking the game to put stuff that's not meant to be there for example. I'm not telling people how to play the game, I'm just saying to stick to what the game has not to make stuff out of it. Yes coming up with techniques is technically adding something too the game. I think you will probably fail to see my point on this one, and try to counter. Also for your information I'm not a "casual."
LMAO.
Is that how you try to counter what someone said? Nice to know that you counter with an abbreviation that adds nothing to the conversation.

Is there an easy way to do nair (neutral air) easier on c-stick (gamepad)? I have my c-stick set on attack which helps me perform tilts, and air attacks without messing up with my air movement. My problem is that sometimes the nair activates when I don't want to with c-stick, and I can't find out why. Anyone know why? Or at least how to trigger nair with c-stick? Any help appreciated. Also Happy New Year to everyone here.

Perfect pivotting isn't useless, and advanced techniques (for the most part) don't ruin the game, it makes it better by giving you more options.
Smash Mains:

Melee: Mario
Brawl: Sonic
Project M: Link
Smash 3DS: Captain Falcon
Smash Wii U: Ganondorf
@Jazzer94 It's all fine and dandy to put yourself above the situation, but you have to understand that, yes, that is what the majority of people will do, because the majority of people really don't care. Their judgements are shallow because their judgements don't need to be deep even in the slightest. Now, I know competitive Smash isn't "Fox only, no items, Final Destination" and you know that, as well, as should the majority of people that have ever had a competitive match. However, you cannot ignore the public image as if it doesn't exist, because when you're running around calling people ignorant as if they've been given any reason to look deeper into the competitive Smash scene, you really come of as sounding just as bad as the elitists that would prefer if nobody but the best played their game.
Smashboards literally DESPISE casuals, Youtube brawlers will try to cuss out at anything. Smashboards would throw a fit if something bad about competitiveness is said. I'm not even sure why I have Smashboards account lol, I think just for Captain Falcon section.

Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings are amazing. I discovered you can jump with the clown kart dash and combo into their up-ariel and their mecha-koopa is great for zoning.
@Xiao_Pai Don't worry about it. You'll only get duplicates of songs you don't already have. That just means there are less and less songs that you unlock randomly. It's a good sign.
Ugh, Crazy Orders isn't helping anymore with the music unlocking, I keep getting duplicates. xD
Might be worth trying Master Orders. The Very Hard or Intense tickets commonly offer CDs more than Crazy Order do, from my experience.
Well for me Crazy does give me more CDs, it's just I keep getting the same ones, lol.
But yeah I think I'm up to...415, think there's like...20-ish left or something.

After you officially unlock a cd you will be unable to get a duplicate, (wish that was the case with custom moves) so I guess your getting the same onesize on the first go. That happened to me too.

Yeah that's what I meant, getting duplicates in one go...making it difficult since I keep running out of gold in the Shop. (and don't get many passes, lol)
