It's a real bummer to see the Gamecube Controller Adapters selling out.I wanted to have some friends over and let them bring their controllers, but I guess I'll have to wait until Amazon stops charging more than 70 bucks for them.

How on earth were Nintendo unprepared for this one?

....I just realized this is a gif. lol
Anyways, anyone know the best way to create a "cage" or whatever in Stage Builder? Seems impossible without having SOME opening, I was hoping to simply create a giant square and cutting the center out, but it won't let you...I want my Chaos Box back from Brawl. TwT lol

I just want to know why Nintendo didn't name the game Super Smash Bros. 4 WiiU

With the 3DS version coming out first it's not really the 4th one I suppose.I think they have just wanted to avoid any sort of confusion by going with the bland names.I'm sure if the Wii U was selling as well as the Wii they would have went with a more exciting name.

So here's my short review about Super Smash bros. for Wii U:

  • Excellent number of different controller options.
  • 8-player smash is chaotic, yet fun.
  • Plenty of game modes that will keep you playing the game for a long time.
  • Huge character roster.
  • Beautiful game visuals.
  • Online match performance in this version is better than on 3DS one, but it's not perfect.

Overall: A must have game for every Wii U owner and one of the reasons to own one. Invite your friends and settle it in smash.

Making promise is easy. The hard part is keeping it.

There's a teensy bit of lag at times, but it's not half as bad as the 3DS version.

Do you want people stuck in there the entire game? I'm pretty knowledgeable about team builder at this point, hopefully I can help.

I would have never guessed Weezing was so useful until I played a HeartGold Nuzlocke!

Prepare for the Pea Ness stages.

If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

Who's betting that Nintendo turns off screenshots and Custom Stage sharing for "inappropriate content" in the next year or so?

I did that back in Brawl, it's ridiculously fun watching everyone bouncing off the walls ten bazillion times. xD

This has cost me so many games online.

It's ridiculously annoying when that happens.

A lot of you seemed to be underwhelmed with the Stage Builder (including me). There isn't a whole lot to work with (missing ladder, ice, spikes, can't add stuff into the background, needs more hazards, etc.), because it' so limited. Which is why I highly advise everyone to mention these problems in the Club Nintendo survey for the game. Please.

Also, being able to create your own Target Smash levels would be amazing.

Smash Mains:
N64: Captain Falcon
Melee: Mario
Brawl: Sonic
Project M: Link
Smash 3DS: Captain Falcon

I'll keep that in mind while I wait for my copy to show up

Arminillo

I've played Marth almost exclusively against my Marth Amiibo and he does what I taught him, (or so i think). On a KO he does Down Taunt just like me, favors the Up B even when not necessary, down throws on grabs, and almost never Side Bs. Maybe playing as the Amiibo character is an important part of learning?
