The GameCube controller is simply being offered because people are used to it after playing the two previous versions of Smash Bros. with it. If you have never used it, and are fine and comfortable with the Pro Controller, than you are all set.

I'm definitely getting physical. I much prefer physical copies to didgital, but I had to go digital with the last game because no one apparently thought this game was gonna sell well, so no one stocked more than they pre-ordered. @__@ Companies are stupid.
Anyways, nothing's gonna stop me from going physical disc format for this iteration.

Thunder Cloud Temple music From Kid Icarus Uprising confirm
I was hoping for Lightning Battle as that's a much heavier (rock) version, still it could be unlockable as we have Rainbow Road (Mario Kart 7) a few times already.
I thought for sure someone would mention the Lightning Chariot when they were talking about fighters taking vehicles into Smash. Especially with Viridi there.
Also DAMNIT, BiS's Final Boss theme is my favorite track in the whole series! And considering it was a portable game I would have prefered that track in the 3DS version over the kinda lame Dream Team track.

That soundtrack list is looking beyond fantastic, and it's just the starting pieces. So many potential unlockables...
My personal "YES!" song is Mega Man 3 - Shadow Man. Can't wait to hear that.
Very glad to hear that Magnus's Theme and Thunder Cloud Temple are in (as well as Hades's Infernal Theme). Won't be needing to judo throw the moon into the planet anymore thankfully.
Well, guess I'll see what's in (Grand Finale from MaL:BIS and Onett/Winters theme show up) YES! YES! YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!! 10/10! (Ice Climber and Mother 3 Love Theme show up) ...I think that hurt a little...
