I'm forgetting someone, but I don't know who. Alternative, Lucas, Wolf, Ice Climbers, and the like may be in that fourth pack. Who knows? I'm still waiting to see the fate of the Chorus Men before I latch on to any particular "leak."

Also there should be more Star Fox ones, since we got Corneria back it would be nice for more Star Fox 64 stuff like Kat, Bill or ROB could be secret codecs...or random enemies.

It's funny when you notice the Mario image is all distorted and modified to match with the Dr. Mario icon.

You know, I find it kinda surprising that Pit was not part of the 1st wave of amiibo. Pit will definitely be in the 2nd wave though. Anyways, I definitely want to see Kid Icarus codecs featuring Hades. Punch-Out codecs would be great too!.

To use the argument Alax did in favor of the roster against it, it's a lot harder to make a tiny little edit like that than people might think. I really don't see this distortion MorphBug is talking about, either. This could very well be a shopped image, and the low quality is just to cover it up.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of official artwork of Mario and I mean A LOT. The odds of finding one in the same pose as the one with Dr. Mario are... well not that bad. This doesn't help the roster pic at all, but it sure as heck isn't doing a whole lot of damage to it, either.

I still stand by the point that this roster makes no sense to me. Unless Wolf, Lucas, and far more importantly, Ice Climbers just haven't been unlocked and the leaker was trolling again with the cipher, I really doubt the legitimacy of this concept. Of course, I'd find it similarly weird even with an official confirmation. I just can't see any argument that could possibly back up cutting Ice Climbers, Wolf, and Lucas, then giving Mario seven reps, one of which is an unabashed clone, Zelda six reps, and Poke'mon six reps. I know Sakurai doesn't play the numbers game too much, but he'd be cutting Ice Climbers from the game completely as playable characters, and the stuff we've seen hinting at their return didn't just suddenly vanish because of this leak. Polar Bear is still in Smash Run. Where are the Ice Climbers at?

I'm not sure if you're kidding, or if this is some kind of running joke. Mario looking like himself isn't the issue here, it's the specific artwork of Mario that appears to be where the Dr. Mario art came from. It seems that the effort to disprove Dr. Mario in the leak has itself been disproved.

I think some characters are still being worked on. If Jigglypuff gets removed, I will be surprised. She was in every single series, she can't just get removed now.
