Topic: Super Mario 64 2?

I didnt like the referal to "Super Mario Land" which has nothing in common pretty much with 3D Land.

yeah, that was a shame. I wanted to see weird aliens and Daisy outside of a sports game!

Maybe the "Land" reference was just that the "Land" series were the first original Mario games on handhelds. Almost only, except for New Super Mario Bros.

The Lands were 2D, just like New Mario Bros. At least, most of them were. 3D land wasnt.

Well if they made a part 2 to this on Wii-U could be insanely awesome if done right. I would not mind playing it.

As much as I love 3D land, I agree. Would have been cool for a change of pace. They really tried to bring in a lot of Super Mario Bros 3 references instead. (great game, don't get me wrong). Super Mario World is still my favorite I think though.
