A star fox game with really good on foot missions a great story and an awesome online multiplayer.
The multiplayer would have a dog fight (star ships) mode and an assault (on foot) and could possibly be awesome
also... story a really good story would be awesome lol.

I'm not so sure how I feel about on-foot missions. I just feel like it breaks the flow of a Starfox game.

just give it to treasure already, they are by far the most worthy studio to do it. I'm thinking the exact same structure as star fox 64 and get those damn voice actors back if they're still alive. Also keep the furry romance at bare minimum, that stuff is creepy.
If not I shall accept S&P 3 or mischief makers 2 as compensation.

At least I agree with someone in this topic. Those cheesy voice actors had spunk and charm.

Just for you.

I am hella excited for new Star Fox. So much so, that I'm worried anyone less than EAD (with Argonaut ) might not do Star Fox justice, with the slight exception of a reassembled Rare or Factor 5 team but that won't happen unless Nintendo get trigger happy with their wallet and buy about 15 current studios..

I don't care if the on foot sections are on-rails shooting, it's when the flow of the game is interrupted by looking for a key to a door that I get annoyed. They've got to do something to make this entry stand out and I hope it isn't the addition of gamepad minigames. I'd like them to go with a similar format to the first two games but with more levels and secrets, a few new vehicles, multiple endings etc. If they were to change anything up it should be that 'all-range mode' should be more like Rogue Squadron 2. At a push I'd like them to make a career mode and an arcade mode and career mode involves exploring and trading in hundreds of planets like No Man's Sky promises to be.

I only posted this to get my avatar as the forum's thumbnail.

I have loved all Star Fox games and I bet this new one will be just as great

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I sure hope its not a remake (though a remake to Starwing could still be fun), but I also hope it isn't episodic! Someone said during a E3 speculation video from Macintyre (on youtube) that he heard a rumor about it being episodic. Now I don't know what sparked that rumor (maybe that talk about a simple, saturday morning cartoon-like story), but that would mean a few downloads. I much rather have a big and awesome new Starfox on a disc! But we'll see at E3!
