If he had his own unique game, it would certainly change things around for him. Maybe being playable in Smash Bros is just the big break Waluigi needs! Just like what happened to Pit.

True, but he was only the first boss to dance against and wasn't even the final boss. It was, you guessed it, Bowser. In fact, Waluigi disappeared entirely after you beat him. I, too, would love a Waluigi game, as unlikely as such a thing would happen. But it would make more sense for him to appear in a Wario game first, WarioWare or Wario Land.

Might have heard of it, there was some movement about it and a couple other games a while ago. Operation Sunshine, I think.
