If this isn't GOTY 2015 I don't know what is. Well maybe XBX, but that is the only other possibility!
What about: Zelda U, (possibly) Star Fox, Batman: Arkham Knight, Halo 5, Rainbow Six: Siege, The Witcher 3, Metal Gear Solid 5, The Division, and others I can't remember off the top of my head? Don't get me wrong, I'm as excited as the next fellow about this. But to say that it and XCX are the only contenders for GOTY next year is not at all true. I already know that XCX will be my personal GOTY, but there are so many major, high-profile games coming from great developers next year that, to dismiss all of them, is kinda ignorant.

I only saw 3 posts with dude in it and only one of those three felt out of place.
I think the problem is Nintendo doesn't do new IP as much as Sony or Microsoft does? Between that and letting IP sit, it doesn't make people feel good.

New IP is a new IP no matter if your using a gun or not? But for arguments sake new IP not featuring a gun from both other systems.

actually they do new ip's constantly. most are small budget but new ip's none the less

The more I know about the game the more I want it! This is going to be my favorite Wii U game by far (up there with Smash and, let's wait, Zelda). And until a new Metroid comes (with on-line multiplayer please Nintendo!).
