Exactly, SEGA is doing the publishing themselves in Japan and North America so no surprise this is just a North American delay, nothing to do with the game judging by the PAL release staying the same.
EDIT: JESUS! Same day as BF4...different platforms I know but is that a good idea...? Well, don't ever change SEGA.
Probably a good idea i'm sure Skylanders Swap Force was scheduled to drop on the same day. I hadn't seen the extend trailer with all the bosses characters, i'm really looking forward to this even more now as the bosses have decent voices and personalities.
I'm actually happy about this news, as I'll have more time to play Wind Waker HD and Pokemon Y before the double-death Roger Craig Smith Combo that is this game and Batman: Arkham Origins.

Even if they were targeted to the same audience and Wii U owners could actually buy Battlefield 4... there are not enough Wii Us out there for the game to sell either way.
