I agree lets send a message to them. Lets not buy the Wii U version but instead lets go to there website and post how we are not interested in half arsed ports. I don't mind supporting the developers. I like Sniper Elite I liked the first one and I like the demo and I liked the Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie standalone they released on the PC.

What I don't like is them taking a year old game. Porting it to another console but take features out of it and charge more for it. I wouldn't mind if they released this as a £15-£20 eshop title. But £30 for a year old game with missing features not a chance. I can pick up the PS3 version for about £10. Sure I won't get this new Wii U gamepad feature but in my eyes this feature is not worth a extra £20.

Why could they not just release the GOTY edition for Wii U with all the DLC like they did with the other consoles. The Assassinate Hitler DLC has been around since launch of the other console version. The Outpost pack was released in September the canal pack was released in October and the St. Pierre DLC came out in February. They had plenty of time to add that to the Wii U version ok maybe not the last one but all the others they could of there is no excuse.

Even though I am not happy with them at the moment due to this. I still want to play the game. So it looks like I will just buy the game of the year edition for £25 on the PS3.

Money speaks louder than words. What am I trying to say? "Thank you for supporting the system I love and please continue supporting it!" What does not buying it say? "We don't want your game on our system so don't waste your time and money in the future!" I prefer to have future 3rd Party support over not, even if it is in lazy ports because that means they are more familiar with the system and more likely to build their game from the ground up with WIi U in mind.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I agree money speaks louder than words when it comes to publishers/developers. But what you are pretty much saying is yes developers thank you for putting your game on my console of choice. I don't care if this is a poor port continue with what your doing.

This is completely wrong. We should be telling these developers YES WE WANT YOUR GAMES BUT WE DON'T WANT POOR PORTS!. Look at Need For Speed for the Wii U that was a excellent game. That is what we want. Not lazy ports like FIFA or Sniper Elite.

I know EA are hated here. But we should be praising them for Need For Speed. Even though I don't like Activision we should be buying Call Of Duty and praising Activision for not giving us a poor port. Sure no DLC but at least they took the time with there game. Ubisoft seem to be doing a good job with the Wii U. Assassin's Creed for the Wii U was fine and again not rushed.

Developers can make decent Wii U games. All we want are the same quality games that are available for the PS3/360. The Wii U can handle it the developers know that. Its just that a few of them can't be arsed to do it right. We need to let these developers know we want there games just not poor ports. That is all I want for the wii u. Multiplatform games that are on par with the PS3/360 versions.

But by not giving a developer or a publisher a second chance by supporting their first outing on Wii U. We not only rob them of making some money on Wii U but also we rob ourselves of these games we want. If they don't make money then they won't support the system. It is a double edged sword and only the future will tell but if you support a "bad port" and get a great port later isn't that better than not supporting a companies first outing on a system because it is considered a "bad port" and not getting any of their future games on our system? Isn't it better to support one "bad port" and if we get another "bad port" from the same company then stop supporting them than not even giving them a chance? They are most likely testing the waters on Wii U and we need to stand together as proud Wii U owners and tell them we want more games on the system, nothing will convince them better than money. That is my point of view and as you can see I am not changing it. I understand why others are hesitant to purchase a game that has had co-op removed but what can I say, I am an optimist

Well, NFS was a commercial failure as well.. So.. i guess what Wii U owners are saying.. as usual on Nintendp platforms.. is that they will continue to only want Nintendos first-party games. Good going.

It's £45 on the WiiU.
It's less than £20 on every other platform.

Resellers aside, the official pricetag is way under 45. EA themselves has sold it at their origin store for £ 29 since Day 1. It still was a massive commercial failure. Like 45, 000 copies or something. Even if it was £45 it really shows that Wii U consumers are not interested.
