HC: What can you say about that crossover between Fire Emblem and Shin Megami Tensei?
HY: For a long time, I wanted to create a FE on ours times, on the real world. Imagine a Pegasus that comes from the sky and lands on the Building 109 of Shibuya, Tokyo. I always though that would be incredible. At the same time, I know it’s hard because of how FE is. I visited many companies to express these ideas. When I went to Atlus, I was told that Shin Megami Tensei together with Fire Emblem is what I wanted. So, I soon said that to Intelligent Systems and started this very special collaboration. Oops! I shouldn't say that the game takes place in the real world. We haven’t announced it, right?
I'm skeptical like always, I just can't picture how it would work. I mean if it plays like Devil Survivor then I know I'm gonna hate it because that game while it was good it felt like battles dragged on more than they should (at least games like Fire Emblem while still slow, it did not feel that slow). Also will they make Fire Emblem characters use demons (because then it's just another SMT game with Fire emblem make up).

I'm honestly glad for the confirmation. Maybe because I'm still infuriated by PSO episode 3.
This is a Wii U game, right? I never cared for FE honestly, but this collaboration is interesting to say the least... I'll definitely be watching to see what happens with this.

I can't see Nintendo letting to much SMT into their franchise. Afterall SMT games are rated M for some of the demon designs and I don't think Nintendo wants anything near an M rating. My guess will be more FE influenced.

Nintendo has Published Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge and is Publishing Bayonetta 2.
I'd say it wouldn't be too alien to see Nintendo Publish an M rated Fire Emblem game.
