I've noticed this a few times while loading up SMM. When the disc loads and hits the splash screen. It plays a clip of music which to me sounds like a bios/loading up screen from a games console. Could it be possible Nintendo will use this track as the NX Bios boot screen as it fits perfectly. I tried to look only but can't find the sound anywhere. I will try and record it later. Anyone else think it would be good for the next Ninty console.

@Xilef: You're thinking of the wrong music, the above poster is talking about straight after you select the game tile on the Wii U home screen. It kind of sounds like something you'd expect from 90's Windows PCs.
Why would they use a sound cue from Mario Maker for their next console? They'll probably just make up a new one. Do gaming consoles even have start up jingles anymore? They used to.

Unfortunately, they don't. Not the Wii U, not the 3DS, not the PS4. I'm pretty sure the XOne doesn't have one as well.
