Topic: Shovel Knight Has Been Delayed.

Yacht Club games has announced that their game Shovel Knight has been delayed for a few weeks on their Kickstarter page...

I was hoping to download Shovel Knight for my birthday, but I guess that won't be happening.

Well, I guess I'll be able to get Yumi's Odd Odyssey day one now then. I'll still be getting Shovel Knight for both the 3DS and Wii U when it releases though. I'm fine with delays.

First Armillo and now this. Guess I'll use some of my saved up cash on other games and renew my pokebank account.

What's a few more weeks? So long as it turns out good. An indie game can't afford the negative press that a glitchy game entails.

Why is it that indie titles always get delayed?

Dang! Every E-shop game I get excited for gets delayed! Oh well, I guess I'll pick up Blok Drop U and Mutant Mudds Deluxe to fill in the gap.

Because they don't have a bajillion employees working on projects and they aren't experienced enough to know how to make realistic timeframes.

In short: Because they're indies.

This makes me glad I've waited a bit to get DK because this was gonna be my main game probably for indie titles. Looks so fun...like it looks like to Megaman/Castlevania linear platforming what Cave Story is to Metroidvania practically. Top quality stuff as far as I can see.
