Topic: Sensor Bar stand help.

So, here's the thing....I got a flat screen TV. The Wii remote functions better with the bar on top, (not to mention it would look very awkward on the bottom on my computer desk and all that) and even though it does stay up there, it tends to slowly fall back during gameplay, it feels like its very loose up there. Tends to get annoying, I even have to reposition it everyday to prevent it from falling.
Anyone know a clever way to keep it from moving too much with that tape?

Are the adhesive stickers on the botton wearing out? I just bought a couple extra sets of the Nintendo tape years ago, and haven't even used them yet. You could roll up some tape and do that.

Oh, nah they're nowhere near wearing out, its just, with a small amount of surface on top of the TV, its hard for the stand to stay still.

I see. I have a flat screen HDTV too, and theres about 1 inch of flat surace for it to be on, but I don't use the stand. Mine actually hangs a little of the front so I can get a better connection, and the wires from the sensor bar and Wii Speak I have help balance it on there, along with the sticky tape on the bottom.
You can always 'ghetto' rig it to stay up there.

Oh, well I didn't want to stick the bar directly to the TV either...That and I don't have Wii Speak. xD
Also wouldn't duct tape make everything look...ugly? xD
Anyways it just gave me an idea that I can use for some kind of tape.

You can simply fold tape and do it that way you don't see it, and if that doesn't help theres a simple sticky goop mixture you can make and you won't even see it but it must be done quickly, first you poor some glue in a bowl and whatever color you want to match your TV stand or whatever it maybe on, you get that color marker or paint and dump it in the glue bowl mix it and then apply it to the stand, and it sticks and is not seen, all you do is lose a bowl I think it's worth it~

Blue tack mostly works, better to get something actually adhesive like 3m tape.
