So far nintendo has not shown or announced that Dry Bones would be in mario kart 8. I find this very upsetting because he was my favorite character. Anyone else upset about this?

He might be a locked character if that's the case I don't think they would reveal locked characters. After all finding out who is locked is one of the best parts of the game.

Development? They're way past development. They're in the bug fixing and fine tuning stage. Development was most likely cut in late February/early March.

@brewsky That's what I meant. Sorry. Either way, what im saying is that not EVERYTHING I gonna be revealed before it comes out. I don't see why we need to assume characters are gone forever when there's still info that's yet to be given.

Really? Do you honestly think that just because Dry Bones isn't playable in Mario Kart 8, that means he'll never appear in a Mario game again? Wow. Where's the logic in all of this? Plus, "RIP Dry Bones"? Isn't Dry Bones technically dead already (undead)?
Recently I've been playing Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD, Link's Awakening, and Luigi's Mansion 3. Also replaying Rayman Legends and trying to get better at Smash Ultimate
Lots of negativity on here jeez -__- first off by the title I did not mean he would never appear again in a mario game. Of course he will. He might even still be in mario kart 8. However seeing that there is already 27 announced characters, there cant be that many more. That and I was more making this post to see who else liked dry bones. Weather he is in it or not is another story but I just wanted to see if I was the only one who liked dry bones in mario kart.

People acted in a similar fashion when Waluigi wasn't in 7, but I can understand to a point, I'd be greatly disappointed if my favorite character to play as (Luigi) wasn't in the game. Luckily for me, mine will probably be in the series forever
