It appears that Darksiders has been bought, back from the dead.
Do you guys think, if they make a new Darksiders they will make it for Wii U?

I have never played these games and was thinking about checking them out, but since the series is cancelled I have other games now that I want to get to before these ones. I am hoping that someone will pick up the IP so they will finish the series but I am not going to hold my breath.

I bought it second hand. It was awesome. I can't understand why they went out of business

(on a more serious note, the series really was awesome, a great mix of Zelda and God of War style combat, and I hope some day someone revives the franchise. There's a couple more horsemen available for use yet).

Cancelling Zelda-like games made by 3rd parties makes me sad. I'm sure it at least somewhat lives up to the "3rd party Zelda-like games are phenomenal" standard.

i have to agree with all of u guys lets just hope someone will bring darksiders alive i never got to play the game

I'm playing this game on the gamepad right now! What a coincidence seeing this thread pop up. It's a great little game with more than a few nods to our beloved Legend of Zelda. I commiserate with the rest of you. May we see some worthy incarnation of vigils projects in the future!

Down goes another good Zelda clone. Why does only Nintendo suceed with this stuff, especially since the series has been so bad lately?!

I bought the Wii U title on a whim and didn't regret it, I'm now sad that as soon as I find a new fun series it suddenly goes under!

because its nintendo of course.

I have Daksiders 2 on Wii U and its really fun, too bad the franchise is dead unless someone else buys it.
