Anyway, how high up in the leaderboard do you need to be to get diamond cups? I only got the game yesterday but I've only been able to get gold in the four challenges that I've played. Do you need to be in like the top 5% or something? How exactly does the trophy system work? Thanks!
I'm also thinking 1% for diamond. When I was working on the last weekly challenge, I didn't qualify at top 1.5% but did once I got to top 0.8%. I've managed gold with 19% so it might be top 20%. From the size of the regions on the graph for your medals, I was thinking silver was top 40%, yet I didn't qualify at top 37.9%, so maybe it's 37.5% or something like that. The bronze region looks like it's around top 90%, so that's pretty easy at least.
Yeah, that's sounds about right...it seems just about impossible to get
I'm #369 out of 13,266 now and I still haven't gotten it! This app is extremely competitive!
EDIT: I've been doing my math wrong. I'm still not in the top 1%! I forgot to multiply by 100...lol.
I'm currently in the top 2.7% so I'll report back if I get into the top 1%.
Dude. I'm wondering about this as well. I'm currently in 3rd place on the daily challenge (out of 13,451 people) and still just have a gold for it. That is insane. I actually got a diamond trophy a few days ago but I didn't check what place I was in X D
EDIT: Never mind, I think I am getting a diamond for it. I am an idiot.
I got diamond for being tied probably with about 200 other people for 134th place on last week's weekly, so I still think it's top 1% and not a top 10 or something.
BTW, I qualified for silver for being like top 38.4% on something, so I do actually think it is top 40% as it appears on the chart. It was probably just because I was playing a new challenge before that it was telling me bronze for top 37.9%, because it always seems a little wacky in telling you one minute you're diamond and the next minute you're bronze near the start of a challenge.
