I like having only a few checkpoints in a level. Tropical Freeze did a great job of this. The levels were challenging and it was a relief to get to some of those checkpoints.
I was able to sell my physical copy to a friend for equal price of the digital version, trying to just have digital games from now on, and I was able to replace ZombiU as well.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I recently 100%ed Rayman Legends on Switch, and was having an absolute blast! It's now one of my all-time favorite 2D-platformers! The art style in particular is amazing! I only wish they'd kept the touchscreen functionality of the WiiU for all the levels in handheld mode. Some people say, they like Rayman Origins more, so now I have to give Origins a try. It's a shame Ubisoft stopped making Rayman games for consoles.
For anyone, who needs his/her Rayman fix:
I just completed Rayman mini on Apple Arcade (on Mac with controller) and for a mobile game it was surprisingly well designed and challenging, if you want a perfect score. The art style and music is the same as Rayman Legends. I had a lot of fun with it!
The game was released in October 2019, so I'm hopeful that the same team is currently making a new 2D Rayman for consoles! 2022 would seem to be a likely candidate for a release! Fingers crossed!
