Topic: Quick question regarding nintendo repairs

i am sending in my 3ds in for a repair as it has a faulty screen and i am due to send it in the post tomorrow but ... here is what nintendo has said in my e-mail

** thank you for registering your request for a repair, your request is now being processed**

what does this mean ? will nintendo e-mail me in a few days saying we can repair it and send it off as soon as possable to get it fixed.or can i send it off in the morning.
