If you do a Wii to Wii U transfer, do the Mii's on your Wii console, replace the ones you made on the Wii U?? I really don't want to lose the Mii I made on the Wii U. I woul dhate to lose all those Nintendo Land records.

I'm hoping it just means the Miis on the Wii U's Wii Menu, not the ones I have made on my Wii U itself (such as the one I have set for my Nintendo ID). I hate how they word things sometimes....I hope I made sense myself!

If you created them on the Wii U's Mii Channel not the Wii Mode one then it'll be fine because that's not how it works. On the Wii Mode channel I'm not sure but if you're worried you can just copy them over before you do the transfer.
Basically what happens is the data is copied over and under the Wii U Mii Channel you get the option to transfer Miis from the Wii menu. When you copy them over it makes a duplicate on the Wii U channel. Nothing is deleted in the Wii Mode -> Wii U Mii transfer process.
