Topic: Question: Wii Fit U / Fit Meter

I am hoping that one of you very clever individuals can help this question.

I have downloaded the Wii Fit U Trial Version from the UK Wii U eShop. In the system menu it is labeled as Wii Fit U (promo).

If I register a fit meter and unlock the full version will it also remove the (promo) part of the label returning it to just Wii Fit U?

Update: I have just found or that it doesn't remove the (promo) part of the label. Perhaps it will remove it when the digital version is released in February.

I believe that you have to go into system settings and manually remove it. I just got the meter and unlocked the full version and the promo part is still there.

Can you do this and let me know if it works?

System Settings - Data Management - Copy Move/Delete Data - System Memory - the file you want to delete - the specific file you want to delete - Delete

Uh... how does that help to remove the (promo) text, if you want to keep the download version in the menu?

I have a question: I have downloaded the free trial version in November and played a few times. I want to buy a Wii Fit Meter now. Can I register the Meter after the long time and get the full version for free?
