Topic: Pokemon X and Y for Wii U?

Nope. No more Wii U ports of older games, especially not 3DS games like Pokemon X and Y.

Well, what do you expect us to say? Yes?
Also, X and Y just came out on the 3DS a few weeks ago, why all of a sudden do you want it for the Wii U?

Just because something is a miracle on one platform doesn't mean it'll transition well to another...

It won't happen. It's made with the 3DS in mind, it's not just going to be ported.

Not that I have much interest left in the Pokemon franchise, but in its current state (and, quite obviously, the state it will always be in) it is much more suited for handhelds than a home console. That might not be what you want to hear, but it's obviously quite a popular opinion - and one that GameFreak/Nintendo obviously share.

I will never understand why the heck people want main pokemon games on home consoles..

I think a main pokemon game on consoles would be fun

A home console Pokemon game would be too big of a deal to be a simple port of a previous game, it should be totally new and created specifically for the WiiU.

That said, I'd rather have another Snap or a new spin off.

I'll drink to that.
